Let Us Introduce You…

Winston Area Community Partnership (WACP) formed in 1999 in response to devastating incidents. Two middle school students died tragically by firearms within five weeks of each other. A broad base of community leaders reacted to these tragedies by joining together in an effort to improve our community. They decided it was time to “WAKE UP” and form a partnership.

WACP encompasses the rural town of Winston and the outlying communities of Dillard, Green, Lookingglass, Olalla, Tenmile and Camas Valley. Through generous contributions, grants and volunteer hours, they have successfully completed beautification projects, enhanced community services and improved collaboration throughout the area.

Partnership Meetings
WACP Partnership Meetings are held on the 2nd Friday of each month at Carlos Restaurante.  Join us for this no-host lunch at noon, where local service organizations and the City of Winston share news, requests for assistance, and kudos.  You’ll leave inspired by all the good things happening.
